Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on saku89. Creating multiple Accounts, operating duplicate Accounts, or using another person's Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. saku89 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated Bets, and forfeit any Balances held in those Accounts without prior notice.
Upon successful registration, your Account will be activated and you may deposit funds. However, full withdrawal privileges are granted only after you complete the mandatory KYC verification process (see Section 3.2). saku89 may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate any Account that fails to comply with these Terms or applicable regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Most deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, contact saku89 support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:
saku89 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are entitled to a maximum of three (3) free withdrawals per calendar day. Subsequent withdrawals on the same day may incur a processing fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction.
saku89 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. saku89 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation.
saku89 periodically offers Bonuses and promotional campaigns to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must bet the Bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that Bonus.
For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place Bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 before the Bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the criteria specified in each promotion's terms. Some Bonuses require manual opt-in via the Promotions page, while others are credited automatically. Unless otherwise stated, each Bonus may be claimed only once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. A Bet is considered accepted and binding only when it appears in your Bet History with a unique transaction ID. saku89 reserves the right to refuse or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including Bets placed:
All sports Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the governing body of that sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is postponed or abandoned, Bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's betting rules. Live (in-play) Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment your Bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time during live events.
All casino games and slots operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by third-party auditing firms. Game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by saku89 or any User. Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage available in the game's information panel. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee results for any individual session.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from official international lottery pools and published on the Platform immediately after each draw. saku89 does not control or manipulate draw outcomes. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Balances (including winnings), and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services due to factors including but not limited to: scheduled maintenance, server issues, internet connectivity problems, third-party provider downtime, or force majeure events. saku89 is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary Service unavailability.
saku89 aggregates games from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. While we partner only with licensed and certified providers, saku89 is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or technical issues originating from third-party game software. Disputes arising from game malfunctions must be escalated to the respective game provider's support team.
In no event shall saku89's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability.

Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including your Account username, transaction IDs, and any supporting documentation. saku89's support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
If the initial support response does not resolve your dispute, you may escalate your complaint to saku89 Management by explicitly requesting escalation in your follow-up correspondence. Management-level reviews are completed within 5 business days.
saku89's decision regarding any dispute is final and binding. By using the Services, you agree to accept saku89's resolution of any dispute as conclusive.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which saku89 is licensed and regulated. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Notwithstanding the above, Users located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia.
